Poultry layer cages wire mesh is processed by hot-dip galvanized after welding process and adopted with 400um thickness for zinc-layer, and the corrosion resistance is 3-4 times that of the general surface treatment, more than 25 years of lifespan.
What is the difference between cold galvanized and hot galvanizing?
Cold galvanized: smooth and bright surface, galvanized layer: 20-30g/m2.
In a humid condition, it is easy to be rusted, but it will not affect the use after rust. Life service : 15 years
Hot-dip galvanizing: The surface zinc thickness can reach about 500g/m2, with high strength and corrosion resistance. Lifespan: Over 25 years
Auto Feeder Structure
1. Poultry Layer Cage Feed Hopper: Each tier of chicken cage with two hoppers, thickness is 1.2mm, material is hot-dip galvanized steel
2. Traction Device: Power of motor:0.75kw,tow rope: pp rope with 14mm, speed: 8.67m/minute.
3. Track of Trolley: Hot dip galvanized steel with 48mm*2.75mm.
4. Head and End Frame: Hot-dip galvanized steel with 40mm*60mm*3mm.
5. Operation: Each line of feeding machine can be operated seperately.
6. Auger Transverse: The feeding trolley carts is conneted with the silo by the transverse feeding auger.
7. Application: Suit for both A and H type poultry layer cage, poultry broiler cage, poultry brooder cage etc.
